Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), officially recognized as equivalent to the Official Master’s Degree qualifying the holder to practice as a Civil Engineer in Roads, Canals and Ports, with full legal standing in Spain ; Master’s Degree in Transport, Territory and Urban Planning from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), where I specialised in the modelling and integrated planning of various transport systems (land, air, maritime and rail). Currently a PhD candidate in Territory, Infrastructure and Environment at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM, Spain)

My solid track record ranges from civil works management and infrastructure project management to specialized software development (such as DGIS for urban and interurban accessibility analysis, and Productivos.org) and data engineering. My focus is on the forefront of mobility, including Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and the optimization of transportation systems with special attention to Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT/DART) and improving accessibility in diverse territorial contexts.

I lead the application of big data and advanced tools (Python, MATLAB, ArcGIS, Docker, OSRM) for territorial analysis and the development of innovative solutions. Through this work, I aim to merge my practical engineering experience with cutting-edge research to generate a positive social impact and contribute to the digital transformation of the transportation sector.

Ingeniero Civil por la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), homologado como Máster Universitario en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos con plena validez en España; Máster en Transporte, Territorio y Urba- nismo por la Universitat Politècnica de València (España), donde profundicé en la modelización y planificación integral de diversos sistemas de transporte (terrestre, aéreo, marítimo y ferroviario). Actualmente, doctorando en Territorio, Infraestructuras y Medio Ambiente en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), España

Mi sólida trayectoria abarca desde la dirección de obra civil y la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura hasta el desarrollo de software especializado (como DGIS para análisis de accesibilidad urbana e interurbana, y Productivos.org) y la ingeniería de datos. Mi enfoque se centra en la vanguardia de la movilidad, incluyendo la movilidad como servicio (MaaS) y la optimización de sistemas de transporte con especial atención al transporte a la demanda (DRT/DART) y la mejora de la accesibilidad en diversos contextos territoriales.

Lidero la aplicación de big data y herramientas avanzadas (Python, MATLAB, ArcGIS, Docker, OSRM) para el análisis territorial y el desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras. A través de esta labor, busco fusionar mi experiencia práctica en ingeniería con la investigación de punta para generar un impacto social positivo y contribuir a la transformación digital del sector del transporte.
